What You Need to Know About BitTitan and GDPR

Whether it involves your customer’s data during a migration or our own internal database, we take an intentional approach to privacy and security. This includes steps like providing HIPAA-compliant SKUs in MigrationWiz; PCI- compliant datacenters; and Privacy Shield certification. With the arrival of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we wanted to take a moment and update you on changes we’ve made over the last year ahead of these new requirements.

The short story: BitTitan is GDPR-compliant.

We’ve updated our Privacy Policy to increase transparency around how we store, manage, and migrate personal data. In addition, we’ve put in place several internal processes between teams to ensure requests for information are properly and swiftly addressed. By using our solutions, you agree to the privacy policy above.

For more information around BitTitan and our role as a Data Processor, visit our Security page or reach out to GDPR@bittitan.com.
